I provide buyer-only representation for people purchasing second homes and investment properties in Colorado's ski-town markets. That means I represent buyers and only buyers — never both sides of the same transaction.

The markets I work in are Vail and Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone, Steamboat Springs, and Winter Park and Fraser. Each one prices, rents and lives differently, and the right answer depends on how you plan to use the place.

Most of my clients live somewhere else. I work with out-of-state and remote buyers routinely: video tours, walkthroughs on your behalf, HOA and short-term-rental due diligence, and remote closings, so you don't have to fly out for every step.

I hold the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation and am licensed with The Station RE Co.
